   About Me

I work well with clients who are experiencing: stress; Anxiety; Depression; relationship problems; trauma; and other difficulties. My clients hope to change how things are going with them and are willing to do some work so that their lives can change. Some of my clients have been struggling with issues for a long time, and others have more situational problems. My clients are generally interested in finding out more about themseleves, what makes them tick, and how previous experiences have affected them. My clients wish to have a life that is filled with more happiness, sense of fullfillness, and satisfaction.

I specialize in the treatment of Anxiety, Depression, and couples issues. I am trained in several modalities including: Cognitive/Behavioral; Interpersonal; EMDR; Dialectical Behavior Therapay; and Mindfulness techniques. I pull from a number of clincally proven psychotherapy procedures to design and implement effective treatment. I monitor progress so clients get better.

I work hard to understand the problems that my clients come in with. This in depth understanding of my clients allows for better treamtent and outcomes. I tailor my treatments for each individual. My clents often say that I am good at helping them to get at their core issues
